Path of Destruction (Potomac Appalachian Transmission Highline)

Allegheny Power and its newest project- Potomac Appalachian Transmission Highline (PATH) is trying to destroy West Virginia.

This website is to tell you about the fight that my family is now facing regarding land that has been in our family for 200 years. My father is a Vietnam Veteran.  It also describes the upcoming battle that the entire state of West Virginia is preparing to fight against big business with deep pockets. 

This is a fight of good vs evil.

This is a fight to defend the very principles that America was founded on. 

The Fifth Amendment:  "No person shall be . . . deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Apparently there is a loophole to this and American Citizens need to be informed.  "Just compensation" is up for interpretation.

All of West Virginia will be adversely impacted by this "PATH of Destruction."  Big business can take land from anyone if they decide "they can use the land better."
