My Latest Message to the PATH Players
PATH and some of its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, associate companies (whatever you want to call the facade of a corporate menagerie that have set up in order to run PATH through WV under the disguise of public necessity) have been caught red handed trespassing on private land.
This is a violation of their "alleged" code of conduct that they wave around insisting that they follow.
Interestingly enough, the WV PSC is "keeping out" of the trespassing issue (gee I wonder what their reasoning is for that??? hmmm).
Therefore, I have faxed the below legal proceeding to the WV PSC, and all involved legal parties of the PATH case. I have included the letter in entirety so that the rest of you can have all of the fax/contact info that you need in order to create your own letters. I would HIGHLY advise that you do so, otherwise you may be the next property owner to see someone sneaking around...looking for bats...or whatever it is that Louis Berger is insisting that they do. Aren't you familiar with The Louis Berger Group and the role they are playing in the decimation of WV?
