Right of Way Construction
Clearing for the Right of Way for TrAIL has begun. In some places the power companies have already begun clearing for PATH, which is not even approved. The power companies are blatantly disregarding agreements and rules regarding the "200 foot" ROW that they obtained from innocent landowners. It's not a right of way. It's the decimation of land for the profits of dirty companies. If you sell your ROW - look at the pictures below to see what you are in store for. Read the whole story and see more photos at the following link: ROW LIES
Is PATH running near your home? Do you think you can just sell off ROW and everything will be peachy? Think again. For every structure there will need to be an access road. This means you will have not only something like the below photos running by your home, but also additional roads that lead up to the monstrous EMF emitting towers. Nice to live in the peaceful mountains isn't it? But afterall, this supposedly is for the benefit of our state - according to Manchin.
Do not be fooled into thinking that the power companies "will work with you." They will schmooze and sucker you into signing an agreement and then they will do whatever they want. Does this look like a 200 foot right of way to you? This Path of destruction is for a project that technically isn't even valid because VA has allowed the application for the project to be withdrawn. Yet for some reason, the clearing goes on. Either the power companies have a "done deal" with the WV Public Service Commission and the Governor and we are all being scammed into thinking we have a chance OR perhaps it is the power companies who are really in control of the state - and not the "government entities." The latter would make more sense. Joe Manchin is under the control of coal and coal is the source for electricity, so take your pick.

Manchin - if you can't work on behalf of the state - get the hell out. You are too much of a coward to be Governor and definitely NOT a candidate to be in the Senate. I guess that is why you will have to appoint yourself to the Senate - because after this, no one will vote for you.
We need a real Governor, not a fake one who is a Power Company Puppet or Blow Up Doll.
SO MUCH FOR WILD WONDERFUL WEST VIRGINIA
Oh, and here is something RICH! Here is my question for another one of PATH's "expert witnesses" in regards to destruction of land for the Right-of-Way for PATH.
MY QUESTION:
Applicants object to the characterization "permanent destruction".......
MY COMMENT: So, those above pictures don't look like permanent destruction to you?
MY QUESTION:
- Property owners are being told that an approximate 200-foot ROW will be required. Will you please state for the record if additional roads and/or service areas will also potentially be required on a property owner’s land? If so, is this permanent destruction being taken into consideration when “purchasing” ROW?
